Yoga Nidra means “Yogi’s Sleep”. It is an ancient practice with many benefits in today’s world. With the excess of worries, depression, anxieties, sleep disorders, and emotional uneasiness in our daily lives, Yoga Nidra can provide the paths to remain calm amidst the chaos, to reconnect back to our true selves.
Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation as we learn to scan our bodies and breath awareness creating a calm mediative comfort.
Yoga Nidra is beneficial for all ages and anyone who’s desires a peaceful experience.
Light asanas are involved, dress comfortable, and eat lightly at least an hour prior to class. Cost $20 for YTC members, $25 for non members.
