During this workshop, we will use yoga props, including bolsters, blankets, blocks, and even the Great Yoga Wall, to practice the simple essentials for core strength. While learning the poses and practices to support your body, you will feel the benefits of a stronger core, which also influences your hips, shoulders, and back.Strength is a practice. And learning a strength practice requires a solid foundation. In this workshop, you will learn a solid foundation using easy exercises that can be practiced daily. In short, you will learn how to move better and safely.Dr. Julie uses her experience from teaching anatomy, yoga, and fitness classes to plan thoughtful, accessible practices.
