In this workshop we will review the basic anatomy and biomechanics of the hamstring muscle group and how it relates to mobility, stability, and functional movement in the body. The hamstrings are often overused and over stretched in yoga; learn simple mobility assessment tools and drills including progressions and regressions that can be added in to any practice whether you are a yoga student or a teacher. This workshop is appropriate for all levels- props and chairs will be available to make this practice safe and comfortable for all.
